Collection Pause : I've recorded a tape for you!

Collection Pause. Like the button on cassette players. Those devices where we listened to tapes, whole! from beginning to end. Because skipping songs was not easy. Nor quick. And thanks to that, sometimes we were surprised by "unexpected things" in certain songs...

It happened to me that this winter I couldn't release the collection I had been preparing for a long time, and I had to save it for next year. It was "deflating". So when the time came to start designing for summer, I realized that I had to do something that I had been thinking about for a long time:

Hit Pause!

To calmly review the sketches I had saved, ideas I wanted to revisit... and turn them into "trolecitos" (Trol garments)! It would be a collection where the central theme would be, curiously, not to have a common theme. Coming from different places!!

So thinking about this, about the Pause button, and about "cassettes".... I thought it was a beautiful idea to make a collection that was "like recording a tape of favorite songs".

This had to be reflected also in the packaging ;) That's why each label is a cassette, unique for each garment.

In the jumper Gadget: the label is made with its colors. And in the background, the drawing of the texture that is present throughout the garment.

In the jumper Topos (Spots): The cassette-label also has its colors. And of course, in the background: the dots!

In the dress OjoMágico (MagicEye): the pieces of the cassette are in the colors of the dress. And behind them, you can see the raised geometries that the garment has.

And the top Plúpet: all green and full of U-shaped patterns, which refer to the textures of the garment.

Each cassette could be a song, and each "song" a "trolecito" (Trol garment)!
