PURCHASES
You can make your purchase by sending an email to hola@madeintrol.com or through the shop.

Choose your size by consulting the table of indicative measures that you will find in the photo gallery of each garment (last image). You can get an idea by comparing measurements with similar garments you have at home (if you have any doubt about the size, feel free to write me).
Next to the photo gallery you will find its description, composition and washing instructions. You can also check them in the care of your garments section.
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, and include applicable taxes.

Trol reserves the right to modify the commercial offer at any time (prices, products, promotions and other commercial and service conditions). These modifications will in no case affect purchases already made.

Payment
In the shop you can choose between two payment methods:
ā
By Card. Supports: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
-Once your order is received, I will send you a confirmation email with your detailed purchase information. (This email is not automated, I check them personally, so it may take a few hours to reach you).
-I will prepare the shipment to be sent as soon as possible (usually between one and two working days).

Offline. By bank deposit or transfer.
-Once your order is received, I will send you a confirmation email with your detailed purchase and bank details or making the payment. (This email is not automated, I check them personally, so it may take a few hours to reach you).
-Send the proof of payment to the address hola@madeintrol.com to proceed with your order.
-Once I receive the proof of payment, I will prepare the shipment to be sent as soon as possible (usually within one to two working days).

Shipping
It is done through the certified service of Correos (Spanish Postal Service). Once your order is on its way, I will send you an email with the tracking code, so you can check the status of the shipment through their web.

The estimated delivery times by Correos are as follows:
-National delivery: 4 to 7 working days.
-Europe: Between 7 to 10 working days.
-Rest of destinations: Depending on the country.
(Trol is not responsible for delays due to the transport company.)

The shipping cost depends on the delivery zone:
-Shipments to Spain ................................. 5€
-Shipments to Europe ........................... 10€
-Shipments to other countries .........15€
The shipping cost does not include customs duties and charges for shipments outside of Spain. These charges must be paid by the recipient, so it is recommended that you contact the import offices of your country to request detailed information about these costs before placing the order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, write me at hola@madeintrol.com indicando qué artículo deseas cambiar o devolver. indicating which item you wish to exchange or return. You have 14 calendar days, from receipt of the package, to send the item back.

The items must be in perfect condition: unused, undamaged and with their tags. In case of non-compliance with these conditions, there is the option to resend to the customer the items that have not been accepted (the costs generated, including shipping, customs duties or taxes, must be paid by the customer).
For exchanges: Once the item is received and its condition is verified, the new garment will be sent as quickly as possible.
To help you with the exchange shipping costs, Trol will cover a part of the shipping cost for the new garment, depending on the delivery zone:
-The total for shipments to Spain
-The total for shipments to Spain
-One third for shipments to other countries
(In all three cases, it is a discount of €5. The percentages are calculated based on the corresponding shipping costs for each delivery zone, therefore, it does not include customs duties or charges derived from customs procedures.)
This discount is applicable to a single exchange for the same garment. In the event of a second exchange or return, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.

For returns: Once the item is received and its condition is verified, a refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
When the return is for the complete initial order: Trol will reimburse a part of the initial shipping costs. Depending on the delivery zone:
-The total for shipments to Spain
-The total for shipments to Spain
-One third for shipments to other countries
(In all three cases it is a discount of 5€ on the initial shipping costs, which are those that were paid at the time of purchase, so it does not include customs duties or charges for customs procedures).

In the event that the purchased item has any manufacturing defect or similar issue, Trol is committed to its replacement or refund (completely free for the customer), or alternatively, compensation or a price reduction, as appropriate..

Garments may appear slightly different in live (color or shape) compared to the images shown on the website. This is due to technology ;) and also the handmade nature of the garments: it's part of their magic, there are no two identical garments!
